Intelligent Search
Goods can be quickly searched by name, labels (promotions, news, clearance), or any previous order can be repeated. A handy feature is displaying the best-selling goods, which the salesperson goes through with the customer, ensuring nothing is missed. The salesperson can choose whether to show the best-selling items for the customer or a specific store, and for a defined time period.
Prices, Special Discounts, and Gifts
When creating an order, the salesperson sees prices valid for the customer, including individual prices and promotions. You can create calculated discounts, where the customer gets a discount or a gift upon meeting certain conditions. For example, a 3+1 free promotion, a 5% discount on orders over 10,000 CZK, a free gift with quarterly orders over 50,000 CZK, etc. The combinations are endless. Ordis fully supports the salesperson's involvement in the negotiation process. If allowed, they can adjust prices within set limits. They can offer a good price on items important to the customer and gain margin on others.
Stock Availability
Ordis displays current stock levels, including items in transit and reservations. Synchronization occurs within seconds, so you no longer have to worry about selling what isn't in stock. The salesperson can immediately react and offer the customer an alternative.
CRM Features
A salesperson's life is not just about creating offers but also about cultivating relationships. They need to know when they called someone and what they talked about, when they visited a customer and how it went, and most importantly, when they haven’t been in contact for a while and should remind them. Activities are visible in a clear calendar for both the salesperson and their manager.

A commonly used feature is creating beautiful offers, where the salesperson either filters a specific part of the assortment or adds specific items to the cart, selects from several graphic designs, and sends the offer.

They have access to activity history to know who and when called or visited the customer and with what result. They can also view invoices, orders, and complaints and send them by email to the customer.
